Our Thoughtful Engagement ® team is made up of a group of kind, compassionate servants of the senior citizen population in the greater Northwest Phoenix area. They are committed to ensuring that the elders who are entrusted to our care receive the best possible access to joy and creativity while honoring their dignity and autonomy. This important position allows them to help clients rediscover and reignite what brings them joy while allowing families respite and time for self-care.

Our team boasts an average of 7.5 years of employment.Our business is growing, and we are seeking new team members to join our fabulous Thoughtful Engagement ® Team. This position is part-time. Qualified candidates will have: At least 2 years of experience with the senior population. A strong inclination to have FUN is a must! A curiosity for problem-solving; be impeccable with their word; have strong time management skills, communicate with compassion and confidence; exhibit professionalism and a commitment to supporting all members of our team is also preferred.Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, however 3+ years relevant experience may be substituted for degree
• 2-3 years working with the senior population.
