We are actively looking for assistant projects manager to add to our growing team!

Position Overview: The Assistant Project Manager reports directly to the project manager or Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities are focused on safety, managing projects, estimating, billing, collections, and soliciting new business
Assist in estimating project scope and costs
Manage projects with subcontractors
Communicate with clients and subcontractors
Attend and actively participate in project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required
Research and preparation of change requests to resolve design issues for approval
Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences, and errors/omissions
Monitor field work and/or contract work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and specifications, and codes
Assist with the submittal process
Assist in the tracking and completion of billing
Time Management
-Understanding of Commercial construction - Mechanical/HVAC a bonus
Strong computer skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
To perform this job successfully, the employee must possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently
Base Salary of up to $80K
