Carrols owns and operates more than 1100 Burger King Restaurants, and we need great people on our team! As a hourly manager, you will become an important member of a fast-paced team that serves up the best burgers around and has a great time doing it! At Burger King you are not only making food, but also making friends that work together to help customers have it their way.

What Does a HOURLY MANAGER do?

• Direct team members as they perform the steps necessary to run a successful shift
• Responsibility for the continuity of the shift operations
• Organize employees so that they are able to provide guests with products, that are prepared in accordance with established guidelines.
• Responsible for the quality, service, and cleanliness to ensure guests are treated promptly and courteously.

Our stores get flaming busy! Our Hourly Managers and Team Members need be able to work as a team in a fast paced environment to keep our guests happy and full.

We always want our customers to be happy, so you may have to answer a question or two, or resolve issues every once in a while.

Working Hard!

Shift Supervisor Position requires several physical demands including:

• Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
• Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity as it pertains to pressing and grabbing
• Ability to communicate and read
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
