Position: CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Location – Plano, TX 75023

Responsibilities:

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items

Qualifications:

a) High School Diploma or GED equivalent,

b) 6Months __ 4Years of customer service experience is fine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21,739.57 - $32,784.97 per year

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Work setting:

  • In-person

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Plano, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
