Manager of Client Services
Job Title: Manager, Client Services (Manages a team of 5-8 within the Client Services Group).
Location: REMOTE
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Requirements: HubSpot Certs/Expertise, Experience leading a team of 5+, Marketing Agency (HubSpot Partner preferred), Client Services/Success

Founded over ten years ago, we are a rapidly growing leader in the digital marketing space and an Elite HubSpot Partner. Utilizing marketing technology and specializing in consumer behavior processes, we nurture leads to create repeat and loyal customers to maximize our clients' sales processes.

Due to our consistent growth, we want to add a Client Services Manager to manage the Agency Services Department. If you have experience leading a team of 5+, in a marketing agency environment (HubSpot Partner preferred), along with strong client services experience, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

As the Client Services Manager, you'll lead a team of 5-8 Account Executives and Project Managers with a focus on delivering structure, processes, and leadership to the entire department.
  • Develop/document processes and playbooks: delivering services, employee development, departmental ops, internal communication
  • Optimize processes and ensure a consistent standard of servicing clients
  • Educate and align team members while staying current on the entire portfolio of clients
  • Serve as the escalation point for clients and client issues
  • Define/maintain onboarding/offboarding procedures for clients and client-servicing team members
  • Support team as needed with communications, reporting, use of tools, and education resources
  • Train team on operational procedures
  • Collect customer success stories and deliver them to sales/marketing teams
  • Department budget oversight
  • Assign clients to appropriate servicing team members
  • Improve time utilization

What You Need for this Position

Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years managing a department with 5+ members in a marketing agency
  • Client-facing expertise in a marketing agency environment
  • HubSpot Expertise and HubSpot Certifications
  • Marketing Automation Platforms and Tools
  • Experience developing and documenting processes and playbooks for delivering services, employee development, internal comms, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales Processes

Preferred:
  • HubSpot Partner experience
