The North Central Correctional Facility located in Marion, OH., is now hiring career-minded individuals to assist with securing the safety of our communities while making a difference in the lives of those on the inside.

Work schedule: Full-time; 12-hour shift (day & night); 3 days one week/4 days the next with plenty of OVERTIME

Job responsibilities: A Correctional Officer reports to the shift supervisor and is responsible for the custody and discipline of offenders in the facility in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) directives. If assigned to the transportation department, responsible for the transporting of offenders to and from the facility in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent course is required. Must possess a VALID driver's license ( in the state of OHIO) with an acceptable driving record required (unless waived by management), must have high school diploma or equivalent, must be a U.S. Citizen by birth or naturalization.
