Essential Functions:

• Perform day to day costing management and related Master Data controlling
• Prepare accurate and timely financial / costing reports and statements
• Ensure proper reconciliation of GL accounts, including balance sheet and P&L
• Develop solutions to resolve accounting discrepancies and accounting issues
• Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure proper costing procedures are being followed and maintained.
• Provide report and analysis with focus on cost improvement measures
• Analyze financial information to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support the accounting, finance and controlling areas in planning and forecasting processes
• Act as a business partner to the organization including regular updated of KPIs
• Support quarterly internal audits
• Support month end and year-end closing activities including reporting to HQ

Primary Activities:

• Standard costing maintenance and updates
• Cost variances reporting and analysis (especially supply chain related price variances)
• Utilization/productivity reporting and analysis
• Cost centers tracking with the responsible department heads
• Inventory reconciliation and control (including analysis of accurate stock levels)
• Project controlling /cost tracking of customer projects, including deviation analysis
• Quality cost report and analysis (scrap, rework, etc.)

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• Must have a minimum of 3 years manufacturing accounting experience
• Must have a minimum of 3 years project costing experience
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience and competence in Excel
• Must have a minimum of 3 years ERP experience.
