Position: Senior Associate, Digital Marketing


Reporting
: This position reports to Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications


Location: Nashville, TN, or remote with quarterly visits to HQ in Nashville, TN


Overview:

The Senior Associate, Digital Marketing will grow the Silicon Ranch and Regenerative Energy® brands through digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and content to drive awareness, customer acquisition, education, retention, and conversion.


This teammate will also collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to manage the company’s website and other digital content. The role requires the ability to work with internal teams from multiple departments, as well as the ability to liaise with external vendor partners such as web development and SEO agencies.


The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and advanced writing skills. They will collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to develop digital marketing goals and strategies, and then identify the best tactics to deliver results.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build and execute campaigns for digital touch points including website, email marketing, blogs, landing pages, and more; responsible for creating and managing digital content calendar;
  • Serve as Company’s lead for implementation of SEO strategy, in partnership with SEO agency
  • Liaise with web development agency and oversee quality control of development work
  • Organize and manage content library, including written content, videos, photos, and other media;
  • Implement regular website updates and manage ongoing website maintenance;
  • Collaborate with social media team to leverage brand content across multiple channels;
  • Create technical and process documentation for new systems;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, development, related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Highly skilled in writing and composition, with special attention to detail. Experience in business writing preferred.
  • Experience with best practices in SEO and web development.
  • Familiarity with software platforms such as project management software and website development tools. Experience with WordPress preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with basic design software, such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires ongoing evaluation and refinement of priorities.
  • Confidence representing the company in a variety of public and corporate settings.

Education: Undergraduate degree in business, marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience required.
