We are a family owned business and close to the Raleigh community for over 50 years. We are close knit, around 30 employees, and treat everyone like family. The average tenure of our employees is over 5 years. We focus on Residential and Commercial construction, as well as development and property management. We pride ourselves on doing things the right way, not the fast or money driven way.
- $70K - $90K base DOE + bonus

- Project cost and material estimating for ground up and upfit projects
- Assist Project Executive in the preconstruction phase
- Minimum 3 years commercial construction estimating experience
- College degree
