Job Description

Mercy Health is a non-profit organization focusing on providing mobile healthcare related services and support to the most underserved and vulnerable residents of Orange and Los Angeles Counties.

Our main offices are location in Santa Ana and Artesia, thus this position will be based in both locations when needed. Our main focuses are current public health outbreaks such as Covid related services, Monkeypox and flu plus anything related to mental health, substance abuse and homelessness.

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Director to provide guidance and support for our front end staff and also to implement policies and procedure to allow Mercy Health to grow. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Must have experience in Non-profit work and leadership.
  • Its primary task should be to manage the programs everyday’s activities which involve the scope with the organization's missions.
  • Fund raising and budget management
  • Staff development
  • Strategic planning and responsible for implementing the Board's plan and directives.
  • Travel can be required to speak to donors, attend conferences and manage program implementation in local, regional or maybe international simply to compensate and featuring its missions.
  • Strong organization and time management systems can also be the skills needed to be a non-profit program manager so that they can sustain the projects and look after the contacts which might be most necessity in the organization.
  • Should have a solid interpersonal skills and being able to be a powerful and efficient communicator.
  • As required, they need to have good relationships with all the staff and communicate with the heads within the organizations together with other office leaders as a way to collaborate together with the projects as well as evaluate programs.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
