Job Description

As a Project Manager on the Program Management Team in the Financial Systems Organization at Splunk, you are charged with delivery of multiple Financial Transformation projects such as Multi Currency, Revenue Assurance reporting, Spend Analytics, Treasury Transformation and Credit and Collections. You will be responsible to take the project from inception to completion. In addition, your role will interact closely with the business partners to ensure successful execution to our roadmap, as well as within our PMO Governance Framework

In this role, you will

  • Delivery of the above mentioned cross-functional projects, following detailed methodology
  • Maintain strong communication with business partners
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge of the industry and best practices
  • Manage schedules, and plans to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Troubleshoot issues and challenges
  • Prepare detailed Project Plans, and identification of resources required
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support development of Roadmaps with business Partners
  • Manage Project Intake Process, ensuring seamless experience for requestor, and providing detailed dashboard visibility

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software project / program management with strong SAP ERP experience
  • Experience leading large and complex projects involving multiple business functions
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with the following tools- SAP, Planview, Microsoft projects, Google Sheets Jira, Google Slides, MS PowerPoint , Confluence
  • Experience in planning, monitoring, and driving projects
  • Expertise in projects and program management using a variety of execution methodologies
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Flexibility to work a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out below, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: $129,600.00 - 178,200.00 per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $116,000.00 - 159,500.00 per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: $104,800.00 - 144,100.00 per year
