Duties

• Maintain work area in an orderly and sanitary condition and prepares and stores food.
• Make correct change.
• Operate dishwashing machines and sinks using cleaning agents.
• Prepare, wrap, and sell food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, serving areas, cooking equipment, utensils and dishware.
• Wash shelves, tables, sinks, equipment, and other work areas.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
• This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Employee shifts are rotated on a regularly scheduled basis.
• This position has a requirement to lift up to 80 lbs. in the regular performance of duties
• This position requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
• This position may require overtime work.
