Medical Assistant for Front office needed for an outpatient clinic in Cumming, GA ( Exit 13 off of GA 400 )
Medical assistant should be:
- Insurance verification and benefit eligibility skills a MUST
- Very pleasant front desk personality
- Dependable
- A pleasant personality to help patients and staff.
- Works well as a part of team.
- Willing to learn new skills every day.
- Vaccine / Injection administration, Venipuncture an advantage
Skills and Training:
- Possess excellent computer skills and able to use EHR. ( Ours is eClinicalWorks )
- Possesses knowledge of both front office and back office an advantage
- A fresh graduate can be considered.
Job description:
- Check in the patient in EMR system, verify Insurance eligibility, prepare the patient for visit, directing patient to examination room, take and record vital signs.
- Making appointments and collecting payments
- Checking Faxes, Scanning Documents
- Other miscellaneous medical office work

All patients need to be waiting in the car. Only one patient at a time in the waiting area. Every one needs to be wearing a mask. Tele visits for patients with COVID symptoms or any other who may need one.

- Cumming, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
