Position Title: Graphic Designer


Position Summary:
The graphic designer is able to create visual concepts, using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire others about True Care and all the entities under the umbrella. The graphic designer is responsible for developing the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisement, brochures, magazines and other corporate initiatives. The graphic designer plays an essential role in creating visual content that communicates ideas and messages effectively across various media platforms about True Care and its entities.


Responsibilities:

  • Having strong visual communication skills and passion for sophisticated design across print, digital and web spaces.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Produce a wide range of projects including developing brand identities and implementation, marketing and promotional collateral, forms, publications, social media, exhibition and environmental graphics, user interfaces, presentation decks
  • Oversee print production and coordination of multi-language translations
  • Maintains graphics database and master files for all content assets
  • Efficiently manage timelines
  • Build strong working relationships within the branding team, cross-department and brand clients, along with outside vendors
  • Performs other special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio with at least 4 examples of work-related projects demonstrating an elevated sense of design that includes color, visual hierarchy, and typography best practices. Please highlight your contribution in the process of developing the design or project.
  • Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google workspace, Microsoft 365, video/audio editing software, Canva and other design tools
  • Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with an in-house creative or marketing department
  • Prefer Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp and content management systems
  • Ability to layout collateral in several languages (you do not need to be multilingual)
  • Successful candidates are upbeat, generative, and open to new ideas and ways of working.
  • Passion for transforming the landscape of healthcare design
