Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls as they come in
• Scheduling appointments for services
• Checking guests out after appointments
• Reviewing appointment books and ensuring correct bookings
• Educating guests on policies and savings that our centers offer

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
