About the role

As a Staffing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in all recruitment activities. You will assist with all phases of the recruiting process on a global scale for departments such as Technology, Business Development, Branding & Communications and Accounting & Finance, and you will be responsible for initiating the onboarding process for new joiners of the firm. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating interview logistics, such as scheduling all virtual and in-person interviews
  • Meeting and greeting candidates
  • Ensuring a seamless interview process
  • Taking on various transactional tasks to assist the broader team


About you

Compensation & Benefits

Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
