We are seeking an HR Business Partner for a direct hire/permanent role in the Bethesda area. This role can work remotely from the Bethesda area. Due to the regional travel requirements in the VA/MD market of 20-25%, this role will require the selected candidate to reside in the Washington D.C. area or Maryland.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations for the region including oversight of talent acquisition activities, employee relations, performance management, and talent management. It is a field-based role with occasional travel to stores, region or division meetings, and some company-sponsored events.
This direct hire/permanent role will be based in Bethesda, MD with 20%-25% regional travel. This role will pay between $110,000 – $120,000 per year with a 15% bonus ($126,500- $138,000 per year total compensation) along with a comprehensive suite of benefits.
