Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
(Prefer local candidates although will consider remote)
- Responsible for qualifying, nurturing and converting leads into lifelong customers.
- Conduct prospecting, opportunity generation, and relationship management.
- Leverages sales tools like Sales Navigator to develop prospecting and market research.
- Expand professional network through social selling and supporting tradeshows.
- Support marketing and CX initiatives through outbound call and email campaigns.
- Educate customers on Oetiker’s full product portfolio and steer them towards the right solution.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and introduce appropriate stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports and sales analysis.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of sales prospecting, processes, and principles.
- Knowledge of internal support processes and customer relationship management.
- Detailed knowledge of Oetiker products, application, and assembly solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Hunger and ability to learn.
- Mechanical and commercial aptitude.
- Ability to work with the highest levels of integrity and compliance.
- Experience in Automotive Industry.
