Job Description


Main Responsibilities:

(Prefer local candidates although will consider remote)

  • Responsible for qualifying, nurturing and converting leads into lifelong customers.
  • Conduct prospecting, opportunity generation, and relationship management.
  • Leverages sales tools like Sales Navigator to develop prospecting and market research.
  • Expand professional network through social selling and supporting tradeshows.
  • Support marketing and CX initiatives through outbound call and email campaigns.
  • Educate customers on Oetiker’s full product portfolio and steer them towards the right solution.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and introduce appropriate stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports and sales analysis.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of sales prospecting, processes, and principles.
  • Knowledge of internal support processes and customer relationship management.
  • Detailed knowledge of Oetiker products, application, and assembly solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Hunger and ability to learn.
  • Mechanical and commercial aptitude.
  • Ability to work with the highest levels of integrity and compliance.
  • Experience in Automotive Industry.
