We are seeking a full-time Design Consultant with exceptional marketing and communications skills. Experience in Real Estate or Residential Design/Staging is particularly applicable. This individual must be able to multi-task and must love a job where every day is different. $50,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Consult with clients in their homes to determine their scope of work, budget, and potential remodeling needs
• Meet clients in our showroom to make material selections and design choices
• Prepare high-quality kitchen and bath designs in Pro Kitchen
• Prepare estimates for remodels and make project presentations to clients
• Collaborate with project management on all construction/design projects in order to meet or exceed clients’ expectations
• Research popular design trends and new developments in the industry and implement them in every design for our clients
• Work in our CRM to update customer files
• Help facilitate marketing events

• Strong knowledge of cabinet designs and kitchen/bath products
• Ability to listen to a client’s needs and communicate potential solutions
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Microsoft Office Skills
• 2-3 Years of Interior Design work experience preferred
• Sales Experience
• Sales Negotiation Skills
• Interior Design Experience
• Pro Kitchen / 2020 experience needed
