This position is for the ADP Production FOD coordinator. The individual selected will be leading the effort to keep our products FO free and delivery on our 100% Quality goal.

• Lead our FOD council and weekly Flight Line FOD walk.
• Engage with production area set-up, daily surveillance activities and corrective action.
• Performs tasks and assignments emphasizing development of technical and strategic leadership and interpersonal skills in a structured framework within the operations disciplines, such as manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, test operations, industrial engineering, materiel operations, manufacturing operations, facilities operations/engineering.
• Participates in special training opportunities in teamwork, communication skills, cross-functional problem solving, and courses directly applicable to the business strategy.

Must be a US Citizen ; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or Engineering course work and/or experience in Mechanical, Structural &/or Electrical fields.

Desired Skills:

• 4 year Technical Bachelors degree from any accredited STEM program (ex. Manufacturing, Mechanical, Structural or Electrical Engineering)
• Strong communication and problem solving skills. The ability to work autonomously when provided work instructions.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge and experience with CAD software
• Knowledge of formal problem solving methodologies, and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Desire to actively participate and support in production floor operations

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $67,000 - $126,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
