Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $43 - 53 per hourWe are looking for an organized and skilled Email Marketing Specialist for our client!In this role you will create email marketing campaigns to promote the client's products and services, ensuring high-quality, accurate and timely delivery of email campaigns.
In collaboration with marketing stakeholders you'll build and launch email campaigns to create conversions, generate leads and nurture audience segments.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with various levels of management and clients.Responsibilities: Direct production of email campaigns utilizing Marketo and Salesforce,Oversee email sends by others in the organization and participating in strategic reviews.Communicate in a cooperative and professional manner with readers and other members of education community, clients, vendors and all levels of staff.Treat them all with dignity, respect, and courtesy, take responsibility for creating an environment of trust and open communication, and address any barriers to meeting that goal, and ask for information needed to perform job responsibilities.Adhere to policies and procedures.File all work-related expenses according to policy and established deadlines.

Qualifications:
Experience level: ExperiencedBachelor's Degree preferred, with 1-3 years in email production specific to Marketo.Maintains up to date knowledge of current trends in email marketing and data governanceSound data analytics and reporting skills.Ability to work independently with limited supervision, good time management, organizational and prioritization skills.Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills.Ability to communicate priorities to stakeholders and make rapid decisions to reflect opportunity.Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient with Email Service Provider, Marketo, ideally Marketo certifiedAbility to do light coding work within email templates.Good working familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.Able to work flexible schedule as required to meet needs of businessExtremely ethical, conscientious, and displays a high level of integrityAbility to troubleshoot issues with live campaigns.An understanding of the Marketo-Salesforce sync.Ability to build engagement/nurture campaigns and set up interesting moments to trigger tasks based on the engagement that the email respondent is showing.Ability to set up new smart campaigns that feed into existing smart campaignsAbility to build segments or smart lists in Marketo based on SF criteria.
