Hinsdale Orthopaedics, a division of Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, is currently seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to work at our busy Ortho Access Immediate Care Centers in Hinsdale and Joliet.
The medical assistant working in Immediate Care Clinic will coordinate patient evaluation and treatment activities within the clinic setting; ensure all necessary medical records/x-rays/reports/forms, etc. related to the patient’s visit; provide patient care as per physicians’ direction/orders; assist physician assistant with the exam/treatment process; reinforce patient/family education and ensure the adequacy of necessary supplies and cleanliness within the exam rooms and clinic area.
Schedule will consist of weekday evenings & Saturdays. We are open to Walk-Ins Monday-Thursdays 5p-8p & Saturdays 9a-1p.
Educational/Training Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Required. 5 years Any CSPD experience Required. Responsible for instrument/instrument trays/equipment decontamination, preparation
Support foundry equipment and processes (Wax Injection presses, Shell, Pour & Finishing Equipment). Perform routine process testing and adjust the process

Valid drivers license in the state of Mississippi or Louisiana with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
