Job Description

Experienced Medical Director needed to lead team in Anchorage Alaska, ensure quality care, mentor staff, build client relationships.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate veterinary medical director to lead our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of veterinary care and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Duties

  • Overseeing all aspects of veterinary medicine, including surgery, diagnostics, and preventative care.
  • Developing and implementing protocols and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and the local community.
  • Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary medical advancements.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited institution.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
