Position Summary:
As a Nurse Practitioner at the Neck Back and Knee Center you will be expected to execute on the service delivery systems so the patients’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded. You will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care.

At the Neck Back and Knee Center our mission is to change healthcare by finding the root cause of pain and fixing it without drugs or surgery. We do this by combining the best of rehab, chiropractic, and medical therapies that are focused on patient success.

Performance Objectives:

· Evaluate new patients to determine if and which services they could benefit from

· Monitor patients for improvements and set-backs so as to modify services to help clients meet or exceed expectations

· Complete and document medical exam and orthopedic medical exam

· Administer injections (trigger point, large joint, etc.)

· Recognize and acknowledge when patients improve and reach goals

· Properly complete paperwork on each patient encounter and keep notes current by the end of each shift to company standards

Capabilities/Key Competencies:

· Excellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trust

· Ability to overcome objections with confidence

· Willingness to train, learn and apply different services

· Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle a large patient load

· Ability to empathize with patients who are in chronic pain and a strong desire to help improve their quality of life

Education & Experience:

· Valid license in Kentucky

· Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in applicable state

· Experience injecting joints preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 per hour
