Duties

• Prepares, types, and processes correspondence including but not limited to a variety of letters, memoranda, messages and reports in final format.
• Receives correspondence, reports, and other documents from handwritten or electronic drafts from directorates/departments.
• Thoroughly screens material prior to distribution for suspense dates, establishes controls, and follows up on responses.
• Ensures that correspondence is properly routed in a timely manner.
• Schedules meetings, appointments, and conferences.
• Attends function to assist in administrative details. Reminds the directors and others of scheduled events to ensure prompt and timely attendance.
• Makes calendar available to the directors to minimize conflicts in scheduling.
