Job Description

Gridiron IT is seeking an Incident Operations Lead with an active TS/SCI Clearance to support a federal program in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing operations and delegating work to team members.
• Providing guidance to the team responding to security incidents, including identifying the source of the incident, determining the scope of the incident and assessing the impact of the incident.
• Knowledge in incident response lifecycles, common cyber-attacks, and federal incident reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (or commensurate work experience)
• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• 3-5 years of Incident Operations
• Lead experience

***Must be able to be on site 4 days of the week with potential opportunity to change frequency depending on team need.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $72.00 per hour

• Incident management: 5 years (Required)
• Incident response: 3 years (Preferred)

Security clearance:
