PagerDuty is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our diverse, customer-focused team! This role will be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone to support stakeholders in Pacific time. As an Order Management Specialist, you will partner with various stakeholders and departments such as Sales, Sales Operations, Collections, and Revenue Accounting to ensure a smooth order management process.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute as a key component to the success of PagerDuty operations. The ideal candidate will bring Salesforce and Zuora expertise, be detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal communication skills as you'll be interacting with a variety of stakeholders within the company.

The base salary range for this position is 61,000 - 92,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
