This is paraprofessional legal work assisting in the preparation of legal cases for settlement, trial, or other court proceedings. Conducts legal research; interviews clients, witnesses, and persons involved in specific cases; and coordinates case processes with other judicial system personnel or case-related individuals.


Minimum Qualifications/Necessary Special Requirements
Graduation from a senior high school or equivalent plus experience assisting attorneys in organizing and preparing legal cases or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.

Hours: Full time, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.


Employees must work a least 30 hours per week to be eligible for insurance benefits.

Vacation leave, sick leave, and holidays are prorated for part time employees based upon the hours worked per week.

Temporary, seasonal, and on-call employees are not eligible for benefits.
