We are seeking a Paralegal for a direct hire in Brentwood, TN. This role will work a hybrid schedule of at least one day per week onsite and the remainder of the week can work remotely.

In this role, you will assist the legal department attorneys with various aspects of contract drafting and contract management. This position will require management of day-to-day duties, along with attention to special projects as needed.

• Minimum of four (4) years' paralegal experience required
• Associate's degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies required
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Willingness to work as part of a team

Preferred:

• Healthcare law experience preferred
• Law firm experience preferred
• Working knowledge of fraud, waste and abuse laws (anti-kickback statute, false claims act) helpful but not required
• Experience with document management system and eDiscovery tools strongly preferred

This direct hire role will be based out of Brentwood, TN. This will be a hybrid schedule of at least one day per week onsite (with the rest of the week working remotely). This role will pay between $55,000- $62,000 and up to $8,000 annual bonus (total compensation could be between $63,000-$70,000 per year).
