Summary/Responsibilities:

To produce and present special desserts.

EDUCATION: 2 years in food service

EXPERIENCE: Some cooking experience required

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Ability to calculate simple mathematical equations necessary for

performing recipe extensions.
