Come join us as our Senior Lead of Client Strategy, where you'll be a key player in shaping the business and brand strategies for our diverse clientele. You'll be part of a vibrant team, nurturing our company's relationships and leading strategic projects across the US markets for our retail clients. Your role will encompass a mix of media, strategy, and creativity, with a direct impact on client financials and profitability. Your efforts will shape not only the future of your partnered clients but also the overall agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring your strong performance marketing background to the table (bonus points if you have DTC experience).
  • Develop comprehensive media plans and campaign strategies.
  • Show off your expertise in full-funnel digital media.
  • Lead a team of specialized experts, turning strategy into action through individual and team efforts.
  • Be proactive in daily client account operations, including cross-channel/team project coordination, performance, and service integration.
  • Communicate strategy and campaign progress to clients through weekly calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Contribute to overall account strategy and ensure alignment with daily tasks.
  • Manage campaign outcomes, expenditures, and budget allocation, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Spot growth opportunities and implement measures to achieve client objectives while executing daily account management tactics.
  • Participate in high-impact initiatives as a Lead level specialist.
  • Facilitate team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Conduct weekly client communications.
  • Oversee media associates and performance, ensuring client objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Administer budget timelines and ensure accurate billing completion by agency deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven project management experience, with strong organizational and time management skills, and a track record in handling complex, large-scale, and time-sensitive projects.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
  • Proficiency in metrics and trends analysis, with a demonstrated history of data-driven action.
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or digital project management.
  • Familiarity with core digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Branded Media, Streaming, etc.).
  • Proven experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • A digital-forward, customer-focused mindset, driven to innovate with a strong initiative in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders.
