We are seeking a skilled and dedicated pool technician to help us expand our services and deliver exceptional pool maintenance to our growing client base.
As a pool technician, you will have the unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping our company's success and reputation. This position requires experience in pool maintenance, strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming (as needed), skimming, and brushing pool surfaces.
Test and balance pool water chemistry, ensuring optimal water quality and safety.
Add necessary chemicals and adjust levels
Inspect and maintain pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators, ensuring they are functioning properly.
Monitor and clean pool filters, all will be cartridge filters.
Identify and address any pool equipment issues promptly, reporting them the proper person.
Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities, including service logs and customer communication.
Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in pool maintenance is required.
Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry and treatment methods.
Familiarity with pool cleaning tools and equipment.
Ability to use pool testing kits and interpret results accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Note: Training will be provided to enhance existing skills and ensure familiarity with company procedures and standards.
