Mechanical Systems
Provide Material Review Support for Aircraft Mechanical Systems - Powerplant, Flight Controls, Landing Gear, Doors, Hydraulic Components or Lines, Environmental Control Systems, Fuel, Oxygen, Water & Waste, Flight Deck & Furnishings.
Avionics/Electrical Systems
Provide Material Review Support for Aircraft Avionics/Electrical Systems. Responsible for evaluating avionics & electrical system discrepancies during large cabin aircraft manufacturing, test, and flight, while providing solutions that maintain airworthiness requirements for certification and entry into service.
Stress
Provide Material Review Support to include static and fatigue analysis of primary and secondary airframe structure of metallic construction, finite element modeling, understanding of certification requirements to FAR Part 25.
Structures
Provide Material Review Support to disposition repairs for structural nonconformances for fiberglass, carbon/epoxy, laminate/sandwich assemblies, and metal bonded assemblies to restore B/P design integrity.
