The Audience Solutions team falls under TikTok Monetization Product and serves to build solutions that empower our advertisers to grow on TikTok. We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for product success, specifically in the area of our advertising audience solutions including targeting and DMP products. You will work closely with our engineers, product operations, and sales teams to identify advertiser needs and prioritize features to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build targeting and DMP products that enable advertisers to connect with the most relevant audiences
- Empower a high-quality understanding of TikTok's audience, contents, and interest graph
- Shed light on audience and content attributes that are meaningful to marketing planning
- Build privacy-first ad data solutions that support multiple cross-functional teams
- Thrive in the digital ads ecosystem with meaningful vendors, partners and agencies
- Continuously incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform ads product strategies and roadmaps
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-4 years of data product experience in PM/DS/RD roles within advertising (this does not include total years of experience)
- A history of demonstrating leadership experience in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization.
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
- Highly analytical with excellent communication, and organizational skills.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $139680 - $303240 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
