The Scrum Master II position for Coinstar’s Consumer Products departments plays a pivotal facilitation role in the concept, design, and delivery phases of enhancing existing and creating new products for Coinstar customers. As Coinstar follows a Scrum implementation of Agile, this role facilitates backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives and is integral to continuous improvement initiatives in Coinstar’s product delivery. This role is the administrator of Coinstar’s agile tools which are largely Jira and Confluence. The Scrum Master II position works closely with our Product, Project Management, Software Engineering, QA, Deployment, Enterprise Information Management, and Enterprise Architecture functions.

For Washington State or jurisdictions that require the publication of salary ranges, the base salary range for this position is $79,307- $142,735. For this role, new hires generally start between $99,000-$118,000. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges, within the United States, which allows us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share the salary range specific to your location. Short-Term bonus incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.

Sedentary work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment.
