This is a remote position however you must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states to be eligible for hire: California, Florida, Vermont, Tennessee, Texas, New York, Washington, Nebraska, North Carolina, Arizona, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Missouri, Michigan, Massachusetts, or Illinois

How you will contribute in this role

As a Project Manager with Asure, you are responsible for delivering awesome to our customers and partners. Leveraging your project management expertise and masterful communication skills, you will drive significant initiatives for the organization managing large scale enterprise projects. Core to the role is planning project milestones, providing project overviews, gathering documents and requirements, partnering with cross department personnel, and measuring key performance indicators throughout the project lifecycle. You will partner with some of the most talented people across the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry. Our Project Manager will have a high degree of visibility within the enterprise and drive successful delivery of strategic enterprise projects.

• You will plan and develop project timelines, define key milestones and success criteria, manage resource allocation, solve issues, provide on-time product delivery, and measure against key performance indicators
• You will build and develop a core project team to ensure maximum performance - providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Communicate schedules, priorities, risks and status to all levels to leadership
• Contribute to defining, identifying, and implementing corrective actions for successful product delivery.
• Embrace and flourish amongst change.
• This is a remote role that can be located in any of the following states: AZ, CA, FL, IL, MA, MI, NC, NE, NJ, NY, RI, TN, TX, VT or WA

What you will bring

• 3+ years of Project Coordinator or Project Manager experience
• Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience
• Cross functional experience, communicating at all organizational levels; executive team, sales, & product teams
• Ability to develop, organize, and deliver on a project plan for successful software product deployment.
• Experience working in HCM/Payroll solutions is highly desired
• Previous experience working in Salesforce is a plus
• Demonstrated passion for an exceptional customer service
• Flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.
• High level of emotional intelligence.
• Good sense of humor- we work hard but have a good time doing it!
