- Completing all bids and supporting documents by deadline
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project
- Interacting with customers providing job updates, resolving issues, and overall progress
- Managing close-out procedures
- Optimize project planning to ensure the efficiency of labor, materials, supplies, and equipment
Required: 3+ years of Project Manager experience at a mechanical contractor
- Experience with working on multiple projects at a time
- Engineering degree
- HVAC Experience
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Competitive Base Salary ($100k-$120k DOE)
