Job Summary

This position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. As a member of the HR team this position will serve as ambassador for organizational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded and upheld.

Requirements:


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training may be substituted for education
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient with computer applications
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiarity with wide variety of sourcing avenues
