Job Summary

The Supervisory RN will be responsible for monitoring the personal care, companionship and skilled nursing services provided by our company's direct care staff. They will also coordinate clinical services and ensure quality care services are being provided to our clients. This position is for an RN supervisory Visit nurse to conduct routine visits ensuring quality services provided to consumers every 45 days. Schedule is flexible and set by RN's preferences. Minimum 2 years experience as an RN. Service pays by the visit not the hour and includes mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current State of Alabama RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience
• Experience working in Pediatrics and/or with pediatric patients
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB screening
• Valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to outlying areas
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work day shifts
• Availability to be On-Call
• Adequate computer skills and the ability to document information electronically on a tablet device
• Ability to function independently in a home setting
• Recognition of the needs and concerns of others, and the ability to build relationships with others from different backgrounds
