We are Budget Blinds of Freehold, and we design and install custom shades, shutters, drapery, blinds, home automation, and more to the Greater Monmouth
County area. We are a small business and take great pride in serving our community well. We are looking to add an additional Design Consultant to our team!

What's the Role?
A Sales Consultant is a decor collaborator for our customers. You will provide new and existing clients design advice and tips on window coverings, showcasing our products and helping clients choose the right treatments for their windows.
You will measure, build quotes in our quoting software, provide price estimates to customers, and deliver a list of pros and cons associated with all choices outlined in a quote. You will follow up with customers timely, using internal texting/email/phone communication protocols, and build trust and relationships so that you can contribute to an exceptional customer experience. You will work hand-in hand with our installers to ensure that products get installed perfectly, work with our Office Manager to close out invoices, and finally get solid and positive reviews of the customers' experience.
You'll Need To have:

COMPLETE A PHONE INTERVIEW AND IN-PERSON TRIAL.
All training is provided. Time required for training and compensation is dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: Commensurate with experience and ability. Our compensation structure is a stipend for the initial training period, followed by a commission structure based on sales revenue and profit margin once you are "live". There is NO CAP on the amount you can earn in this role.
