We have an exciting new opportunity for an exceptional candidate to be part of the USA Environment and Society (E&S) team to help serve our clients in both the Energy and Chemicals Sectors and in the US as Lead Social Consultant. The position can be based in Houston TX or potentially elsewhere in the US. The USA Lead Social Consultant will be responsible for delivering project work in collaboration with our Environment and Society team, cultivating new client relationships, and helping to grow a USA Social consulting practice. You will have responsibilities for technical excellence and client relationships, with a particular focus on our resource, energy and industrial client service lines, working closely with the larger Worley organization. You would also support business development activities, working with senior leaders of the E&S team, by identifying clients and opportunities, and building client networks.
It is anticipated that, as our social team grows, you will be positioned to coordinate and lead our social consulting activities.
This new and exciting opportunity will report to the Vice President - Environment & Society, USA.
Primary Objectives and Accountabilities of the Role
The Lead Social Consultant will be focused on the USA region. The Lead will also collaborate with our global teams to support the pursuit and delivery of work
The role is permanent full-time, with an expectation of working from the Houston office at least one day per week. Travel to local client offices for meetings will be required, as well as occasional travel to customer project sites.
