The Mogharebi Group is a top multi-family brokerage searching for a Sr. Graphic Designer that supports the underwriting and marketing department. This position reports to the marketing department but requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments. This position requires an employee that is creative, collaborative, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong time-management skills.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and assemble various physical and digital marketing collateral using Adobe Suite/Microsoft Suite
• Responsible for the layout, design, and production activities to produce quality graphic-design artwork
• Stay informed and up to date on new design programs/elements/styles
• Ensure deliverables/projects are presented on time and are clean, concise, and meet brand expectations
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within branding guidelines all while meeting project deadlines
• Develop and improve on current/future creative directions for the company
• Photo editing: perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Design email campaigns and special projects (as needed)
• Create/design quarterly market reports
• Design and maintain social media assets on various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Vimeo, etc.)
• Quality Assurance - Review marketing collateral for grammatical errors and punctuation before it goes through the proofing process
• Print, laminate, and bind physical copies of marketing materials/collateral
• Update website and marketing collateral (as needed) and maintain digital assets
• Assist Marketing manager and marketing projects (as needed)
• Assist other departments (as needed)
• Research new platforms to help improve operations and identify process flow enhancements
• Maintain organized file structure to provide easy access to materials and assets by all team members as well as actively update project files
• Works with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production
• May investigate, compare, and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including typography, paper, and printing

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university is preferred
• At least 4 years of design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Ability to multitask

The salary range is $70,000 - $95,000
