This role will be responsible for managing recruiting and engagement efforts including partnering with the hiring managers to define positions, developing, and implementing candidate generation strategies to attract talent, and managing the interviewing and selection process. This will also include managing and facilitating the onboarding process and experience for new employees as well as other employee engagement programs and activities.

The salary for this role will be between $64,833 and $94,656. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. Hired candidate may be eligible for healthcare benefits, 401K plan, short term & long-term disability coverage, life insurance, vacation & sick time, educational assistance, and several holidays. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards.
