WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead efforts to identify and explore new product and market opportunities for growth. This role will uncover new opportunities by actively engaging auto dealerships to test hypothesis, and assess value props, and translate our priorities into clear product requirements.

The ideal candidate will understand the auto dealership market including the F&I role, technology ecosystem, as well as credit and compliance use cases and data offerings.

We are a small and mighty team looking for an entrepreneurial leader who values moving quickly, understanding details, and driving innovation through a clear validation of product-market-fit. You are willing to directly engage dealerships in discussions about their needs to test your product hypotheses. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Identify and size market opportunities and recommend prioritization
  • Conduct research with dealerships to test value prop hypothesis and prioritize opportunities
  • Understand the dealership F&I process and technology ecosystem
  • Develop clear product requirements and works collaboratively with engineering on the build
  • Build and execute GTM plans across sales and marketing to ensure adoption of new products
  • Provide market and competitive positioning to cross-functional teams
  • Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills across the entire organization


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of work experience, with 5+ years of product management and automotive experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and extreme attention-to-detail
  • Engaging and interested in directly engaging dealerships for product feedback and insight
  • Ability to define metrics/KPI’s and use data to drive decisions
  • Analytically minded with strong quantitative skills
  • Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues
  • BA/BS in a business-relevant field
