Job Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter for SafeRide Health, reporting directly to the VP of People Operations, you will directly influence the future of our talent acquisition strategy. You will both target and attract top talent across the US, engaging and motivating them to become a part of SafeRide’s trailblazing mission, to restore access and dignity to care.
Your expertise in recruiting will enable you to define, refine, and guide the candidate and hiring team through the hiring process while effectively minimizing time to fill—with quality.
You will work in a fast-paced, feedback-rich, and performance-driven environment with a focus on delivering best-in-class experiences to internal and external contacts. This role will drive key technical, professional, and customer facing direct hire searches while working closely with our Operations and Corporate Function Leadership teams.
