SALES ADVISOR– Independent Living & Assisted Living Community

As the Sales Advisor, the responsibilities include activities such as lead generation, providing tours, securing deposits & move ins, hosting events, networking/outreach, strategy development & execution, and fostering sales oriented culture. While working closely with the General Manager to assist with meeting and exceeding community goals.

The Sales Advisor's role is to establish contact and cultivate relationships and build trust with prospective residents, influencers, and referral sources in order to communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community and advance sales to move-in. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and marketing for the community including the Five-Star Connection’s fundamentals – daily sales meetings, discovery, tours, and creative follow up, as well as advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development. Sales will contribute to the success of the community’s achievement of year end budgeted census goals.

The pay is competitive along with a robust commission plan as well.
