As a Senior Software Engineer on this 0-to-1 team, you will lead engineering in the design and build of robust, resilient products and services on a scalable platform. Your goal will be to architect and build production-ready code and champion CI/CD processes to ensure speed and quality. You will provide technical guidance and coaching to teams of high caliber engineers. Your work will directly impact tens of millions of customers who care for their furry family members every day! You will be a part of an amazing, fast-growing team, working on flagship products of the company. As a full stack developer, you will have the ability to experience working with UI, microservice based backend, and data processing, all while solving complex customer and business problems.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $107,000-$215,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
