Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) is seeking a Senior Systems Test Engineer-multi-INT (GEOINT, SIGINT, ELINT, etc) to work in State College, PA

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of multi-INT data (GEOINT, SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, etc.) and have experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) techniques in developing complex metrics and sense making models. The candidate will have experience working with large data streams data stores. The candidate will have experience working closely with customers and end-users, as well as working effectively as part of a multi-disciplined engineering team. The candidate will provide technical direction and contribute to complex metrics design, helping to enhance evolve sense making capabilities to include predictive analytics.

Location (one of the following): State College, PA

Security Clearance:

Prior to Start: An Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance

Ability to obtain/maintain: An Active and In-Scope Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance

Required Skills:

Experience with signal processing and knowledgeable in signal data and signal parametrics

Multi-INT data (GEOINT, SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, etc.) experience

Experience in applying AI/ML techniques using large data streams stores

Experience using interpersonal skills collaborating in a multi-discipline engineering team

Experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle

Experience with Agile development

Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and all levels of administration

Desired Skills:

Experience working with a team to build complex sense-making alerting models using multi-INT data

Experience working with a team to advance complex analytics capabilities focusing on increased application of AI/ML techniques and advancing predictive capabilities

Systems Engineering experience on government contracts

An Active and In-Scope Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
