We are looking for a Graphic Designer/ Content Creator with a passion for helping people, who want to help us make a difference in the lives of blended families (stepfamilies) and marriages.

Our Ministry's Mission: Blended Kingdom Families exists to break the generational cycle of divorce, equip marriages, and unite blended families with the truth of God’s word. We educate families with biblical resources and practical skills, empowering them to flourish in their kingdom identity and live life abundantly.

Blended Kingdom Families is a 501 c3 non-profit organization. We are looking to build a strong, creative and dynamic team and this position would work directly with our videographer, creative writing director and team.

Location: Colleyville, TX – ON SITE (This is not a remote position)

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs
• Handle graphic projects from start to finish
• Design and create graphics to be used on all social media pages, digital downloads, all event handouts- paper content, brochures etc. and website
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) while being spontaneous in certain situations- 'capturing the moment'
• Understanding of photography and filming with light effects on people and faces
• A great passion for social media including Instagram, FaceBook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
• Underground understanding of social media algorithms, e.g, what makes a post attract the target segments
• Scheduling social media posts in Hootsuite for BKF and BKT social media accounts
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
• Develop and maintain image library files
• Submit rough layouts for project approval
• Manage email marketing campaigns, social media advertising and other respective programs
• Coordinating with our creative team in developing, implementing, and managing our social media calendar & strategy
• Attending external events and associated conferences.
• Monitoring SEO, google analytics, user engagement, and content optimization
• Website management and proficient in Mailchimp and WordPress website platform (must)
• Defining social media KPIs and measuring the success of each social media campaign & account
• Manage and produce weekly email blasts and Newsletters

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in graphic design, social media management and/or marketing
• Highly proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (adobe photoshop, illustrator, sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software)
• Believer of Christ whose morals and values align with the mission and vision of the BKF ministry
• Excellent team player with multitasking, communication, and time-management skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Autonomous individual with visionary ideas to help build the brand and ministry
• Must work well alone and in a team environment
• Must have a creative eye
• Knowledge of design and photo-editing software
• Possess graphic design portfolio
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experience with all social media platforms- Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok etc.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of adobe photoshop, illustrator, sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• At least 1 year of marketing or advertising experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related experience required
• 3+ years of experience
• Proficient in all Microsoft Products- Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365
• Proficient in DropBox, Asana -Project Management System, Hootsuite, Later, Mailchimp, Wordpress
• Strong organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
