Full Job Description:

Our team is searching for a Social Media & Marketing specialist to develop & implement content strategies that will increase brand awareness and engagement. By creating a clear social media and marketing strategy, the individual in this position will support our goal of promoting customer engagement, website traffic, and providing superior real estate services. The team player should have a passion and understanding for social media, using creativity and data points to create new content.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain & optimize website performance
• Creation of bi-weekly blogs on real estate market & local knowledge
• Implement marketing content strategies across social media platforms: Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
• Keeping up to date & informing agents on social media & marketing trends
• Analyzing marketing & social media data, present monthly findings
• Creation of social media templates & original content
• Editing photos as needed
• Work in congruency with head Broker, Marketing Coordinator, and agents to implement social media and marketing campaigns

Skills:

• Proven work experience in social media or marketing
• Knowledge of online marketing and social media channels: Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, collaborate, and take feedback
• Passion for social media and current trends
• Positive attitude and detail oriented with ability to multitask, stay organized, and take initiative

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
